Previous to having a strong purpose in life, I felt aimless. My days seemed to go like this:

  1. Stay in bed as long as possible

  2. Resent going to work and hope that it's bearable

  3. Find some way to relax at night

  4. Repeat until days become indistinguishable

I didn't have a "why" for why I did things other than – "because I like it" or "because I need to".

My soul was restless.

Now, my purpose is clear: stop CSA and help people heal.

I gave my life that meaning.

I gave myself an answer to "Why does the world need you?"

I continue to answer that question every day.

I'm thrilled to share, this past week, I decided the next step on my healing journey is to become a Yoga teacher. I believe in the power of the mind-body connection, and it's ability to heal. I'm so excited to deepen my own practice and share the power with others.
