Accessing intuition.
Trusting yourself.

Building mental resilience
Boosting creativity.
Living authentically.
Creating deeper connections with others.
As I stood in front of 40-50 healthcare professionals this past Wednesday, I cited these reasons as to why someone might want to connect to the body on a daily basis. Then, from a place of focused awareness on the breath, we practiced 20 minutes of yoga, 10 minutes of meditation, and 5 min of writing. The feedback I received after was overwhelmingly positive.
"This is what the world needs right now."
We all have a well of awareness inside us, a spring of presence and tranquility. I have a true passion for helping people connect to this space. A passion for helping people feel grounded and connected to their true being.
I don't know how I'm going to continue sharing this practice, but I know it'll happen. I've been working on a YouTube channel, but honestly I feel more called to connect with people in person ...
